The affairs of the Elburton and District Residents’ Association (EDRA) are managed by an Executive Committee which consists of the Officers together with up to 10 other members. In addition the committee may co-opt up to 8 additional members representing local organisations.

EDRA’s Executive Committee includes the following Officers:

Chair
Deputy Chair
Treasurer
Membership Secretary
Public Relations Officer

EDRA holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) in November each year in Elburton Village Hall. The Officers and other Committee Members are elected annually at this meeting. The date and time of the AGM is publicised by means of posters put up in early November in Elburton Village including the Village Hall.

In addition to the AGM, Executive Committee Meetings are held during the year, usually once every 6-8 weeks.

Minutes are produced for all formal Meetings and distributed to Executive Committee Members only.

Funds are normally raised by means of subscription collected periodically (most recently £2 per household) once every two years.

Spring and Autumn Newsletters are produced and distributed to all Members of the Residents’ Association.
